i got new ink and it has not ran out because i havent use it so much, but noe when i print things like writing for example it appears with a white line through it and my pictures turn yellow .. helppp

Brand and model might help.

If it is HP, the cartridge is the printer head.
If it is Cannon the printer head can be changed separately, on some models, maybe all.

Other than cleaning there is not much you can do.
In the control panel for the printer, some have a cleaning function.

Ink cost almost as much as a printer.
Maybe you need a new printer.
