Welcome bcurtis84!
First things first...please give some specs on the computer, like make/model, ram, operating system etc. Just saying, "My computer's busted; please help!" doesn't give anyone much to go on.
What precipitated the problem? Did you make any changes/add any devices just before the problem booting? Are there any beeps when trying to start? Usually before starting in safe mode, there will be an option to "start in last known configuration that worked"...have you tried this?
Please post it up, and remember to post what solution worked after it's fixed to help others with your same problem.Millions long for immortality who don't know what to do with themselves on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

Sorry about that, actually the computer makes a loud noise when it runs. It is an Antec Customized computer. I replaced the fan thinking that was the problem, the computer will try and run and it will recieve and error and restart. The error is 800b0100 they say it is a hardware problem. Possibly a virus not too sure? I cannot even run it into safe mode... However I do not want to pay $200 to get this checked out and fixed... : / any help would be nice thank you~!

again, no real definable or specific information to go on.
Antec custom computer... ok, well we know the brand of the case used, but, thats nothing usable.
What is your CPU (Exact specs)?
Motherboard?
RAM?
How Much RAM and How Many sticks?
Hard drives?
Operating System?
Video card used?
Sound card if any?
etc, etc.
Describe the Noise, simply saying its a loud noise tells us nothing.
Open the case and boot it up and see if you can hear where the noise is coming from.
Post some pics of the inside of the PC (Clear and detailed pics, not some low light fuzzy cell phone pic that looks like a web cam image from 15 years ago)
I would suggest downloading and running something like Speccy to get the hardware info, but thats not possible in this situation, so you'll have to open the PC up and find the parts and info via visual inspection, if you don't already have that info handy.i7 940//Corsair H60//EVGA X58 SLI LE//6GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz//2x EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB SLI//NZXT Hale82 850W//CM 690 II Advanced//Win7 64//WD 74GB V-raptor, 750GB Black, 1.5TB Green

An easy place to start while you are gathering up your specs, is in the device manager looking for any exclamation marks or red marks.
Do that now. (In Windows 7, go to the search box and type in "device manager" and it will show up in the search)
BTW, what operating system are you using? That will help us guide you.Obama: The rich have the Federal Reserve and the poor have Harry Reid... LOL. Life really is unfair!

Chuck, thats just it, they can't even get the PC to run in Safe mode now, so there's no Device manager access if they can't get into the OS itself with out it restarting.

Sorry, I though he had Safe Mode...
I guess he should start taking parts out...
cut down to one memory stick, no video card if possible, no sound card if present, etc...
We definitely need more info.Last edited by Chuckiechan; July 17th, 2012 at 01:50 PM.

click "Go Advanced" button in quick reply box below thread, then click on Manage Attachments, and should be able to figure out the rest.
