Hello from Texas, y'all...
My paid Hotmail account will be due this month and I need to change the credit card info. How and when can I do it? Thanks,

Have you checked the account services page?
Sign in to Account Services
If there aren't options listed there then you'll have to contact Hotmail support and those links can be found here.
