Ok,i knew there another thread that also have that problem but mine is a little different

I can access all sites ,i can access youtube but sometimes when i open it,the page is struck.

I also notice that when i'm opening 4 to 5 tabs from firefox or IE,the loading speed of the page become slow as well and it end up that i can't access youtube anymore.I also notice there some reduction in my downloading speed.

I have to close everything, wait for a while before i can go to youtube again

Oh,when i use safemode with networking, this problem does not exist.I tested opening more than ten youtube pages each with videos playing and still everything work smoothly

I try scanning for virus, spyware but everything is normal anyone know what wrong care to help?

    Thanks in advance

    Greetings and Welcome to TIMO!

Can you please give some of your system specs including RAM, graphics card type, type of Internet connection and average speed. A speed check would also be helpful. You can get a speed test by clicking here: Speakeasy Speed Test

Also in Firefox, do you have any addons/extensions running? Any script blocking programs or anti-virus/firewall software running?

Also since you said you can access things perfectly fine in Safe Mode it may be things in the background slowing you down. Can you please tell us what services are running when Windows starts up? If you need help with this we can help you figure that out.

I reformat the entire computer but after installing ccleaner ,bitcomet, firefox, the flash add-on for firefox, media play classic, klite mega codec pack and jdownloader, the problem came back.

Sometimes still can access, but sometimes the page struck. No matter how much i try, just can't load the youtube homepage.Yeah IE is still the same. There no error message, just that the page just keep loading and never reach the webpage at all.

I have to kill the process from windows task manager, wait for a while and then can access youtube. But i notice something strange, now whatever i type www.youtube.com,it redirect me to http://www.youtube.com/lohp

And yes,the problem still come back after a while and i have to kill the firefox or IE process from windows task manager and everything went back normal.I scan with Malwarebytes free(install it after the problem come back),nothing found

    Some info
I'm using windows 7 home premium
    Ram 1GB

    32 bit operating system

    Thanks in advance

Why do you need to kill the process instead of just closing the browser window? What you're describing is more than a failure to load a web page. I'd be strictly using Firefox and not IE. regardless, in Firefox is this the case? Must you kill the process, can't you just close the window?

This looks kind of dumb but it explains the redirect from YouTube:
    YouTube's Carousel Experiment

Sites I'm reading aren't really saying how to stop that though. :/ I'm still trying to find a solution there.

Another question, why do you only have 1 gig of Ram on a Windows 7 PC?

klite mega codec pack may be giving you trouble. Do you really need it?

How about trying to just answer some of the questions that Mark and Taxman have asked, WE GET "Only when i kill the process, wait for a while, reopen ,then it load" already, no need to keep repeating that over and over.

You barely listed any real info, OK, Windows 7... 1GB RAM, right there is a problem, you really need a good 2GB or More for Windows 7 to run smoothly, especially when opening that many tabs in a browser.

Do you have ALL current Windows 7 Updates installed?

Latest Version of Flash Player Installed?

Which Versions of o IE and FF are you using, is it updated to latest versions?

    What is your CPU Specs?

What is the Graphics card or Graphics Chipset you are using?

You Listed BitComet... you do realize thats practically suicide running a Torrent App in Windows 7, with only 1GB of RAM (even dumber yet if the CPU your running is a real low end CPU).

Make sure it isn't running AT ALL, while trying to use Youtube.

What is your Internet Upload and Download Speeds?

I don't understand why you needed to install CCleaner right after your just reformatted your PC and Installed the OS, not sure why you would need that, since your starting fresh on a reformat with all Software, there's no need for CCleaner at that time.
