    All video playback causes CPU to max 100% PLEASE HELP :(

     
    VLC, WMP, Youtube, etc...


    Dell Inspiron 5100
    Pentium(R) 4 2.40 GHz
    512 mb RAM

    Windows XP

    What video player are you using? What kind of codecs are these videos in?

    thanks for the quick reply
    I use VLC but it doesnt really matter... any video codec or format. really delayed and laggy playback.
