    I reformatted a micro SD card from my phone is it possible to get my 3000 pictures off?

    Let us know how it goes, OP. I perform file recoveries regularly so I wouldn't mind suggesting other tools if Recuva doesn't work or answering any questions you may have. We all answer a ton of those Qs here!
