New computer, Desktop won't show icon :(

Hi guys so here's the problem, when i started my desktop normally into the page where i need to type in password all i see is black screen but however i can still type my password and continue access to my desktop.

Once i'm on my desktop all i can see is my wallpaper i can still right click and stuff just no icons and task bar and i noticed one problem when i tried starting task manager, it will come out but i can't see it and i'm now i'm running on safe mode with network connection[runs without problem]

so... any help please? i've only downloaded garena, blackshot, LoL and auditionsea[have yet to install].

New from ware? what brand?
Who installed Windows, and drivers?
What version of Windows?
Is it just a case of adjusting the monitor?
Can you right click the screen and get properties, for video?

Is it possible, it is set for 2 screens, and the second screen is what you are seeing?(Grasping)
Dose it have 2 screen capability
