Each time I turn on my computor it wants me to download something so I can use my duel modem. I already have one modem, so I just click the ask me later. Is this something I should be doing?

Well first of all, when it asks you to 'download something', what exactly is asking you to download as 'something' isn't going to give us near enough info to help out

That said, what was the model of your modem? "Duel modem" can mean quite a few things, it can mean dual band, dual in the sense of wired and wireless, etc.

Could be a Virus/Maware too... Have you scanned?

I think you need to do an Adware/Malware scan. Something is in there telling you to "Download my Malware I've Called Something Else".

What version of Windows do you have?

Windows 7 has a pretty good anti virus/malware/firewall built in. You should make sure they are all turned on, updated, and then run a scan.

Just be careful what you click on, or you'll wind up with some trial version or some off the wall toolbar. Read carefully before you click OK. It's in there hiding behind all the BS.
