Hotmail account hacked

I was unsure where to post this but feel free to move it, thanks.

While ive been away and unable to use a computer my hotmail account has somehow been hacked. Its linked to my Facebook account and my Xbox live account, both of which have been untouched, although I cant use my xbox account now without my hotmail.

Ive put in numerous recovery requests, but because I never used the email to actually email anyone, and the security questions and alternative email have been changed, microsoft continue to decline it.

Because they have only an automated support system I cant explain my situation or prove it is actually my account. Now the only advice is make a new one?

Is there ANY way I can get this back?

Why can't you create a new account and then update FB etc.....

Your security question shouldn't have changed. Doesn't it show you the question and all you have to do is provide the correct answer?

Because facebook isnt the worry, I cant recover my xbox live account without my hotmail..

You have to contact Hotmail directly for support. If going through the password, or unblock account feature doesn't work then you need to start a thread on their support forums and wait for someone from MS to contact you, there is no other way for you or any other outside person to gain access to that account. The folks at MS and Hotmail have to manually reset it for you.
