    Hello and welcome to techimo!

    Is this your board?

    Mercury-pc.com

    If so, it supports up to 3gb of SD memory.

    As per their site;

    "Memory -Three 168-pin DIMM sockets for 3.3V SDRAM (PC133/PC100)
    - Maximum: 3GB"

    So it appears to support strictly SDRAM

    For example;

    Amazon.com: pc133 sdram 512

    Though personally I wouldn't drop more than 1gb in a system like that..

    I can't foresee anything you are doing justifying more than 1gb of that slow of memory (to be honest I didn't even know they still sold it ).

    This site will show you the differences between DDR and SDRAM.
