Hello and welcome to techimo!

Is this your board?
Mercury-pc.com
If so, it supports up to 3gb of SD memory.
As per their site;
"Memory -Three 168-pin DIMM sockets for 3.3V SDRAM (PC133/PC100)
- Maximum: 3GB"
So it appears to support strictly SDRAM
For example;
Amazon.com: pc133 sdram 512
Though personally I wouldn't drop more than 1gb in a system like that..
I can't foresee anything you are doing justifying more than 1gb of that slow of memory (to be honest I didn't even know they still sold it
).
This site will show you the differences between DDR and SDRAM.

Semantics. The end result of less taxes is more revenue for the company. That can be re-invested, paid out as dividends, or stashed. And that is bad, how? This is the same exact argument...
