LOW FPS ON Assassins creed revelation\brotherhood

On ultra setting fraps shows 60fps almost everywhere IF CAMARA IS ON THE STREET OR AT SKY. But when in the CITY(open world) the FPS drops to 29. Camara movement also drops the fps.
    My pc configuration is ---
    AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.40GHz
    8GB DDR3 RAM (9-9-9-24)
    MSI GTX560 1GB DDR5
    XFX PRO 550W psu

I guess this pc is capable of running this game max setting. Now what to do?

    **SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH**

Of course the framerate drops! Think about it. If the camera is pointed up at the sky or right down at the street, what has to be rendered? Almost nothing! Just the skybox or a few dirt and cobblestone textures.
But when you are looking forward, a lot more goes on. The game has to render people, buildings, multiple light sources, displacement maps, shadows, textures, etc etc etc. The workload goes way up and framerate goes way down.

30fps is perfectly acceptable for gaming. If you want higher framerates, you'll either have to purchase better hardware or turn down the graphics quality if the game gives you this option.
    Good job, friend-of-friends!

As far I know GTX275 is recommended for this game. But my question is GTX560 in not enough for AC brotherhood?
I am assuming that my processor is low(not sure) because it is amd.

if GTX 275 is recommended, then your GTX 560 is more than enough.

And CPU wise, although AMD's lag behind Intel CPU's core for core in performance, your CPU should still be more than capable of running any game today. In fact it should even be slightly better performing than the Newer AMD FX Series 4100 Quad core.
