RCA 32'' Tv screen is changing solid colors!!!
my remote broke for my tv so i went and bought a "One for all" universal remote, and it never worked and i know i had the right codes. so, after acouple weeks i got mad at having to walk up to the TV and turn chanells i was in my living room and noticed the practcally unused remote for my 52" Samsung plasma TV. The remote model is "BN5900599A" (yes its a samsung remote aswell) but anyways, after looking up how to set that remote to my TV i did, with the same code i used for my "one for all" remote and it worked! it was a myrical! then all of a sudden the tv started changing solid colors on the screen, green, blue, black, white, purple, yellow, white, red. the buttons on my TV wouldent work to turn it off and the volume was just blazing for some reason. the only was to turn it off is unplug it, i left it unplugged for like an hour and it did the same thing, did a little reasearch and did the "hold vol+ vol-, and vol+ vol- Menu" and it still dident work. any soloutions? also, my TV is RCA 32'' RLED3219B. thanks

It sounds like you may have it in a screen test diagnostic. Look at the instructions for your RCA with particular reference to Engineering Mode, Test Mode, Demo Mode or similar phrases.
Those engineering modes do usually quit after a power off, though.
