    printing failures

     
    I just went to print an email from my Canon Pixma 3122, it shows email,but when I click print button nothing happens, but when I go to Microsoft Word and chose an old document, it prints it no problem. I have no clue, please help. Allan Chase

    What e-mail program are you using that you are trying to print from? Is this on a Windows or Mac PC?
