Onboard sound?
Hi, i have my system up and running xp now.
It appears my sound card (soundblaster live 1024) has died so i want revert to my onboard sound. how?!
I have an A-PLUS AP941 mobo.--

Go to device manager and remove everything associated with the SB live.
Check add/remove programs and make sure everything SB live is gone from there.
Turn off comp and remove SB card.
Restart and enter bios to enable on-board sound,save settings and exit.
XP should detect the sound device and try to locate drivers and load them or you may have to reinstall them from the mobo cd.

The fans of each iteration of vB at that site seem to see us as a test of how well vB4 handles a large site. I quite like the software. It works well enough from my perspective.
