Downloading and Uploading files from VPN server Timed out

    Hi,

I'm working from the office and recently changed our router modem as the previous one was grounded. Everything went well except for when I upload or download files from our client's VPN server, it times out and disconnect. I'm at my wits end, can you guys help me out?

    Specs:
    Windows 7
    Aztech Modem
    VPN connection using Windows
    Firewall modem disabled

    Thanks!
