PCMCIA serial port driver for XP

I need a serial port driver for a laptop that needs a PCMCIA serial port added. The driver I need is called "Chase Fast Serial Port" driver. I was told its on the XP cd but I can't seem to find it and I can't find it anywhere online can anyone help me?

If you're using XP pro, select Don't Select, I will chose the driver to install. From there, go to the Common Hardware type: Ports (COM & LPT) then select Chase Fast Serial Port. It's already there, Xp just isn't smart enough to invoke it.
