You have to boot from the XP Cd. Enable CD booting from BIOS, insert the XP disk and turn your computer on. Setup will walk you thru the steps including format. | |

If you hard drive is larger than 32gig. then the following consideration should be applied.
You cannot format a volume larger than 32 gigabytes (GB) in size using the FAT32 file system during the Windows XP installation process. Windows XP can mount and support FAT32 volumes larger than 32 GB (subject to the other limits), but you cannot create a FAT32 volume larger than 32 GB by using the Format tool during Setup. If you need to format a volume that is larger than 32 GB, use the NTFS file system to format it. Another option is to start from a Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) Startup disk and use the Format tool included on the disk.

Which file system are you using? NTFS or FAT32...........?
If it's FAT32 you should be able to delete any partitions that are on there using fdisk and then create new partitions so as to recognize the full size of the drives together.
If it's NTFS maybe someone else can help you out because I have never setup a raid array with NTFS.
If it were me I would just move the drives to the first regular IDE port and just write zeros to them one at a time and then start from scratch. |

You should be able to do what shahani said above to start over again. Just make sure you don't install XP to it's own partition again. You want to delete any and all partitions on these drives. |
