Computer Restarts

I don't have my computer with me right now but sometimes when i wake up after leaving it on all night with a few programs running i wake up and it is restarted.

What can the problems be?

Win2k
AMD Athlon 850 MHz processor (AMD Irongate)
128MB PC100 Ram / 128MB PC133 ram (256 total)
Geforce3 TI200 64MB DDR Ram

What can the problems be? Pretty much anything- heat, power supply, RAM, CPU, MB, any PCI card, cables, etc, etc, etc. If I had to guess, I'd put my money on the first three in the listed conditions, or the WSF. (Windoze Suckiness Factor- determines how much windoze sucks on a particular machine. )

Sit there and watch it for hours and hours and see what happens. LOL sounds fun, don't it.

i would first look to see if it's power related.

is the machine hooked up to a ups? changes in line voltage can make your pc reboot at any time. a good ps will help some but not every time. the other possibility is the ps itself.
