No not unless you plan to overclock to 400mhz.
EDIT:

Your asking a very very general question.
The answer is No, in general, IMO.
But! other cases will come like OCing, the need of bandwidth, bragging rights in Sandra benchmarks, having extra cash to waste ... etc
And depends also on using it with P4 or AMD XP or which MoBo with which chipset ..etc
PS. be more specified to get more answers.

I just bought 2100+ last night at 266~
I saved 40$ on 4 sticks of 512MB ram, downgraded to 2100DDR
Only thing it would help me with is bragging rights. I could of bought it but hell, no need even if i upgrade for 67 more mhz |

Unless you unlock the multiplier of that CPU, it is hard to go even to 160MHz FSB ...
That CPU (XP2100+) is the last one of the Palamino core, the die reached the Max it can do .. so will have to apply really serious cooling in order to keep your system stable when OCed ...
If you already have 333MHz memory there is no point to have 400FSB, IMO. The performance difference is very verysmall.
