Im trying to figure out what you been doing here, no such luck so far. Only thing I can think of is you created some sort of template to use as stationary for your message, you can stop using the stationary by doing the following.
From the main Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.
In the Use this stationery by default list, click <None>.
If you only wnat to stop using it for only one message you want to send. You can do it this way.
On the Actions menu, point to New Mail Message Using, and then click HTML (no stationery).
As for your second question: the only thing I can think of is with your template you created for your mail stationary is that you do not have the image locked in place with options to for text wrapping away from the picture itself.
