Plz Help I really am lost.
Alright i have just posted about not being able to get sound. Well I went to intel dl'ed the new driver about intergrated audio and no luck. It still says i have no multimedia audio controller. here is the page i went to, to dl my file- http://developer.intel.com/design/mo...v/hv_drive.htm . But it doesn't do anything it just says driver can not be found plz restart and try again. If anyone out there is nice enough can they plz tell me what to do like dl the file and explain it. I am using xp. if can't do that maybe give me alittle advice plz. Thanx

If it's integrated audio the drivers should be on your motherboard cd.

Thats the thing it was a pavilion hp and they had space on the hdd saved for recovery well i deleted it because i wanted the full space. I have a intel d845hv mobo and 845 chipset plz plz help

Ok now i'm lost, did the hp pavillion come with an intel 845hv motherboard, or are you just switching the motherboard in it? If the hp computer came with that board what is the model name or number for the computer.

you can download the drivers from HP themselves.

it came with that mobo and it is a pavilion 752n and yes sound is enabled i switched it form auto to enabled Plz guys lol a new game is coming and I need SOUND lol

Is the audio controller disabled in your device manager?
