AutoCad 2002

i have windows-me and AutoCad 2002 installed on it , it was working proberly with no problems but suddenly AutoCad 2002 stopped working and give me this message " Acad has caused an error in AC1ST15.DLL-- ACad will now close"

i tried to run reapair wizerd but no way , then i removed it and installed a new copy but the message is same,

and Autocad stopped working , what can i do ??
