My sister's PC is not working. So I'm trying to see what's up. It won't turn on at all. When I clear CMOS is turns on for 1 sec, goes to FF, then turns off. Then it won't turn on again. I was thinking the PS, but why does it turn on right after CMOS clears, but not any other time.
