Need a Step by step instruction for setting up a Web Server.

Once again I want to set up a Http Websever. I do not really care what OS. I have ADSL with a Dynamic IP. Extera computers. Please help me with my ongoing quest.

I just set one up the other day.

I used . . .

Win2KPro (about to be replaced by Server)
Apache 2.0.47
mySQL 4.0.15
PHP 4.3.3
phpBB 2.0.6

I just read the "readme" for each (except 2K) and had it up in about 4 hrs. I had the most trouble w/ phpBB, but once I figured out the error of my ways . . .
