    Can't recieve packets

     
    My notebook will send packets but wont recieve any!!!!! I have tried every thing from uninstalling the network card to installining a new one and reloading xp completly. It will recieve and send over a dial-up connection but not through any othr network connection. Can anybody help? Thanks Kenny

    both wired and wireless it wont work either way (hp pavilon 1230) notebook and d-link wireless di614+ router
