Reset your IE Setting
Hi friends,
I had a same problem with IE, I found a good solution and I think it would be useful for you also

go to Start Menu -> RUN and type : iexplore.exe –extoff

then your IE will be opened without any add-ons (You can browse internet in this type but its better to fix this error first), go to Tools , Internet Option and in Advance tab reset your IE setting.

it solved my problem I hope it works for you either.

have you tried to desctaivate the service called jusched ?

Have you installed the google toolbar ? If you did tried to uninstall IT

I am running Windows XP Home Edition with all the latest updates from Windows Update and the most recent .NET framework update (Service Pack 2). Recently I installed a trial version of Microsoft Visual Studio.net Professional version 2002 (after I updated the .NET framework with Service Pack 2). I get the error only when I'm on a limited account. When I change the account type to Administrator I no longer get the error.

I've searched the Microsoft Knowledge Base to no avail and I've tried uninstalling the application but that didn't work either. I've also re-installed the application but struck out that way too.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this so that we can once again use limited accounts and browse and Explore happily from within them?
