win32.pinfi Virus

It seems that I have this virus and it has infected EVERY .exe I have. I can't delete the virus without taking the .exe's with it. I have already formatted once to try and cure this problem but it seems it didnt work. Anyone else have this problem and/or a solution to it?

What kind of anti virus software do you have? Have you gone to their site to see if they offer any repairs? (or any other site, for that matter).

I'd make that step one.

I already tried those instructions...this virus is being stupid. It doesn't know when to go away. I'll try it again though. I've looked on a lot of other sites too for a way but since its infected all my files Im kinda screwed anyway. It doesnt really do anything to them but its annoying.
