A7N8X deluxe 2.0 "Failed memory test" HELP!!

Ok, Just build my first PC, and it seems everyone is having the memory fail ocassionally, like myself im having the same problem. Every where i read no one has an answer for it. does anyone know the fix for it? Here is a rundown of what I have.

2500+ barton 333fsb
1gig corsair xms PC2700 LL 2x (512) Matched
volcano 10 cpu fan/heatsink
2 Maxtor 80 gig hard drives Raid 0
Plextor PX 708A cd/dvd burner
Lite on dvd 16X DVD ROM Drive, Model XJ-HD166
The MoBo is v. 1007

I have used Kingston PC 2700 1G Mached 2x (512) Twice!! The first time this happend I sent it back and tried a different set.

I figured that maybe Kingston just didnt work so i changed to the Corsair.

p.s. I have updated all the drivers, that i know of. I have tried running "Sandra" to benchmark and so on. It is showing that my Mobo is overheating at 400 deg. which isnt right at all, the Asus probe is showing it at 37 deg C. plus it says that it doesnt show the mobo supporting HTT i have the mem in slot 1 and 2, i have also tried it in 1 and 3 and in just slot 1. Plus "sandra" is showing no d: drive where my Plextor is. (updated driver for this as well).
when running the full bench mark test with sandra it locked up. I have played games. I locks up sometime. (call of duty) or just boots me out of the game.

I have been trying to fix this problem for the past 2 months and nothing is working. Anyone with any help? If not I think the hammer is coming out.
Thanks!!!!
