Random ole32.dll errors after fresh install???????

hello,

I am in desperate need of some help. My computer runs well except for msn Messenger and my TV tunner. But here is the thing i can talk on the messenger and play the radio on my tunner but when i try to do webcam or netmeeting or TV i get an error that says:

Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
We have created an error report.....

When i click for details it says this:

Error Signature
AppName: msnmsgr.exe AppVer: 6.1.0.207 ModName: ole32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1263 Offset: 0001213e

I think its something with the ole32.dll so i replaced it and that did not work.

Ive had the same exact problem with my Leadtek tv tuner, Same error, although I havent had problems with my messenger. Wondering if youve gotten anywhere with this?
