IE can't reach certain web pages on one machine

Hi everybody,

My wife and I have systems that run through the same router for cable internet. Both systems are Win2K Pro and both are running IE 6.0.2800.1106. When we both try to access Paypal.com, my system gets there fine and hers gets "The page can not be displayed" error. I have scanned both systems with an up-to-date AVG antivirus, and I even scanned hers from my system over the network. She also runs an anti-trojan program and a firewall. What could cause her system to not reach this one web page, while I can reach it fine? (No other sites are affected.)

Thanks for the help!
Dave

IE 6.0 may or may not already come with this but I believe that Win2K requires a 128bit Encryption patch to be able to view websites that use 128bit encryption.. Paypal being a payment processing website probably uses 128bit encryption so this may be the problem... or IE 6.0 may not have the proper security settings enabled to allow her computer to view encrypted webpages.
