Try running Memtest86 to check if your memory is good or not. Make sure you test one stick at a time so you know which stick has the errors. |

One thing you can do is try to set you memory settings to auto in the BIOS.
If you were able to install the OS without problems then it might not be the memory but mostlikely a driver issue.
I am thinking here that your culprit is the Detonators.
One thing you can try is installing the newest ones if you have not done so, and if you did, downgrade to lower ones, like the 29 series.
Running memtest86 can not hurt I just doubt that your memory is bad since you were able to install the OS without problesms

That is weird indeed, since you were able to install the OS, but this just prooves that computers are a mysterious things.
Not sure what to tell you about the RAM not working in pairs.
You can try putting one dimm into each slot and check that the slots themselves are working individualy. The next thing you can do is to get a new DIMM, and check if that DIMM works with one of your A Bytes. |

Up the timings to 3-4-4-10 and see if that helps. If it still doesn't work you should just return it and get some brand name CAS 2 ram. |
