The Age Old Web Hosting Question!
I need some Web Hosting Recommendations, Ive searched TechIMO before I made this thread, so I saw some.
But Again what are some good ones out there?
I saw GoDaddy has updated there plans, which look nice, looked at Canaca, and thats all.
Anymore Good Ones?

Not professional enough for you, huh? Well, I was going to suggest GoDaddy, until I read your post. Maybe http://www.fortunecity.com/index.shtml ?
/Edit. Not fair, you edited, lol. Rackspace may be a bit pricey, if it isn't a commercial site you want hosted.

I got hosting from them just recently. It seems to be working great for me. The only thing is that it will jump to 120 a year when your first year runs up.

ok here are some suggestions,
I have actually tried them and even though it looks too good to be truth i can say that for now ... 2-3 months now they are doing an excellent job.
www.prolinkhosting.com - $10 a year with unlimited space and bandwidth - how unlimited i do not know i am hosting there www.baptistchurchvarna.com
www.intelnetics.com/ebay - they have nice prices. I am using plan B there and hosting www.zhoro.com - not bad at all - badwith limit - big time.
http://www.easywayhost.com - offer a great deal on ebay. $10 for life with unlimited everything. Here is their ebay deal ... Ebay for easywayhosting
I hosted a site there but just removed it - the other day because i am giving it to a friend to use it. It loaded up pages pretty quickly.
Now, i am not sure what this unlimited means. I asked if i can host a site that will be visited by 100 people a day. I will have a forum, blog, chat room, gallery, videos related to our company and e-mail accounts for 200 people. They all said that there is no problem in terms of bandwidth.
However, easewayhost.com told me that if my bandwith goes up, they will make me use semi-dedicated server. So, there are the best options for now that are cheap.
You can try www.globat.com and as you said www.godaddy.com
However, i would through a look at these "too good to be truth" sites i mentioned above.

Dreamhost has some of the best deals I've seen so far in my search.
Basic plan ($7.95 for 2yr contract) has:
- No Setup fees
- 5 GB storage that increases by 40mb per week
- 140GB month bandwidth that increases by 1gb per week
- Unlimited MySQL databases
- Unlimited Domain names + 1 free domain name registration with plan
- Unlimited Subdomains (ie. http://thisis.mysite.com, http://welcometo.mysite.com)
- 600 email accounts
- php, ruby on rails, shell access and more
You can go month-to-month butthere is a setup fee and it's $9.95/m
1 yr contract is also 9.95 but no setup fee.
If you do decide to use this service I ask that you use me as a referrer (my id is jinexile) but it's not required.
Another good one I've used it eHostSource they were easy to use and fairly responsive, but not quite as good of a deal as dreamhost.
