I'm getting a really strange padding effect on my website and cannot figure out what is causing it for the life of me. http://www.wors.org/includenew/test.php
The red bar with the breadcrumb, as well as the image to the right of it, seems to get a strange padding effect around it, preventing it from being sandwiched in between the graphical header and the navbar/content. To see what it should look like (does not work with MAC IE...thus the redo): http://www.wors.org
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
