Web pages displayed as folder view.

I have just uploaded my files for my website but when I go to the site all I see are the folders displayed like an ftp folder view. It only just started doing this. Why wont my pages display properly?

Its a setting in internet explorer
Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced Tab

There is a checkbox for FTP View like a folder

Yes but that would be only for ftp sites. This isnt an ftp site. It has html files and they used to display in the web page like they should. But now they dont for some reason.
