Yea, I know the language.... It's not too bad to learn as there are only a handfull of commands to remember. There aren't too many web sites for this language to learn from. Mostly on the IBM web site you can find things but it's not very well done. I should not take you more that a week to get familiar with it.

REXX started off as a mainframe utility language but has since grown to include a P.C. version. I have only used the mainframe version myself

I messed around with REXX (AREXX) back in my Amiga days. It's been ten years and I can't remember anything about it anymore.

It might be cool to have a look at it and bring back some old memories.

    UPDATE:
Had a look at some of the community pages for REXX. Even though I find the code to look a bit messy. I like how fast I can program with it. I think I will start using netREXX for creating JAVA applets.
Here is a link to a good site. If you want to learn more about REXX.

Wow, I just noticed I have REXX listed on my resumé.....(it sounded familiar....)

    I can't remember a thing about it....

Lets see....what other 'forgotten' languages are on my Resumé???

    Ah....: PL/1, CL/400, RPG/400, Cobol.......

I hope if I ever need 'em they'll come back to my mind.....does anybody use them anyway???
