I set up a new website, www.operationdomains.com, and I can't get the meta tags to work for me. I think it has something to do with the forwarding, because a friend of mine has the exact same problem. This is what I enter at operation domains, but when I find my website on google, it doesn't have any of the information from my tags. I submitted my site to google at least a month ago, after I added the tags. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&i...erationdomains
<meta name="description" content="="Visit Operation Domains for great prices on domain names, web hosting, email, and all your other website needs.">
<meta name="keywords" content="domains, domain selling, domain sellers, operation domains, operationdomains, operationdomains.com, website hosting, website, domain transferring, domain registering, domain forwarding, email, create website, traffic blazer, whois, databases, asp, SQL, low price domains, cheap domains, godaddy, network solutions, registersite, website names">
Any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated. I dont' know a lot of HTML or internet jargon, so please try to keep it simple.
Thanks,
Nick |

Just be patient..... could take google 2 or 3 months to start indexing this......
Your site is using frames..... and that's not always a good thing either....but the top frame DID display your meta tags when i looked......so just be patient and wait for the googlebots.... they will come. DO NOT RESUBMIT your site..... doing so won't benefit you and might in fact keep google from indexing you at all. |

Using frames will give you text relevancy hits of zero with the search engines.
Frames are a no-no.
Cheers! |
