| Property Grid Control for WinAPI?
I've been seeing how easy and useful property grid controls are for user input and would like to use them in an application im working on. If you don't know what I'm talking about, heres a pic of a property grid: http://chris.whistlerhosting.com/Mis...ertygridEx.JPG. I took that from my Visual C++ IDE. Anyways, property grid controls has been added in VS: Whidbey but is a .NET component, I'm trying to not use .NET. I have found Codejock Software Property Grid but I can't afford that. Anyone got any ideas? |

Would be easy to create one in a manage environment. Do you need it based in C++? |

I meant managed. Managed means using the .Net libraries, and running in the CLR. |

I'm trying not to use .NET. I might do some thinking about making my own Property Grid engine but it would require alot of work. Anyone got any tips? |

That's what I was saying. There is even a property grid control in the .Net 2005 beta. But I am unaware of a pure C++ component for this, and I would assume one would be hard to create in that. What about Active X? Is that out of the question? |

Sorry to take this thread late but you still have the propertygrid developed by visualhint. It is MFC/C++. What dream if they could port it to C#...
