JavaScript Help! (Direct link to Iframe)

I have this code on my site:

______________________________

Code:
<SCRIPT language=JavaScript>
// Courtesy of SimplytheBest.net - http://simplythebest.net/scripts/
<!--
function goSelect(daform) {
with(daform) {
top.window.location=options[selectedIndex].value;       // jump to that option's value
}
}
//-->
</SCRIPT>
___________________________________

Which sets up this pull down menu I have:
___________________________________

Code:
		<p align="right"><form><select style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 8pt; color: #000000; background-color: #CBBF8F" onchange="goSelect(this)" size="1" height="29" name="m" hspace="0" vspace="0" cellPadding="0" cellSpacing="0" valign="bottom" target="_myFrame">
			<option target="top">{Ephire Navigation Menu}
			<option value="index_02.html" target="myFrame">Welcome to Ephire
			<option value="index1.html" target="myFrame">About Ephire
			<option value="http://www.ephire.com/phpBB2/index.php" target="myFrame">Buttons
			<option value="index_05.html" target="myFrame">Productive links</option>
			</select>
		</form>
______________________________

I wanted to be able to able to direct it to an Iframe that I have called, "myFrame".

I am really lost with Javascript and would also like to know how to change the mouse over color as well.

As always TechImo rocks. Thanks for the help.

Thanks to a post by Whir:

Wow, it's just going to be one those days. Simply take the name of your iFrame (i_frame in this case) and replace window with that. I assume this will work for non inline frames as well, though I haven't test that.

So the code looks like:

onClick="i_frame.location.href='content.htm'"

I seem to be good at this wasting database space thing today.

-Whir

You rock...

Now I would like to know how to change the roll-over color...if possible.

Another question:

How do I make the menu deselect the item after the person clicks it. Otherwise it rolls the pull down menu when people try to roll the mouse after making a selection:

Go here to see what I mean:

http://www.ephire.com/rephire_02/index.html

Thanks again...

I guess what I mean...is I dont want the person to have to click off of it to make it deselct...I want it to automatically do it. Hope that makes sense.

Still trying to figure out how to change the roll over color. It defaults and I don't like the default.
