Thumbnail program

I am looking for a program that easily turns normal sized immages into thumbnails for the web in mass quantities. I have several hundred immages to work with, and they need to have the original file name with "_thumbnail" after the name. Any ideas?

hmmm i used dreamweaver mx and fireworks for massive images thumbnails or you can browse www.downloads.com and search for thumbnails creator something like that.

If you can get all the files converted you can do batch renames with this program
