Another really really great one, that also supports java script, html, xml and hundreds of plug ins is eclipse.

what's with the 1000 lines or so of blank space on the bottom?
Huge front page to link to, a little painful for 56kers so beware (think it was around 500k or so)
NetBeans is the other free one I know ofHelicopters don't fly; they vibrate so much and make so much noise that the earth rejects them.
