what is ADO.NET??

i'm totally have no idea what is ADO.NET !!

anybody can tell me about this ?????

ADO.NET (ActiveX Data Objects for .NET)—The set of .NET classes and data providers used to manipulate databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server 2000. ADO.NET was formerly known as ADO+. ADO.NET can be used by any .NET language.

is it similar to ASP.NET and work with ASP.NET ??

further more ... is there any big difference between ADO.NET and ASP.NET ??

Both ado.NET and asp.NET are considered class libraries within the .NET framework. They are not the same. Here are some links to examples:
