MS Access Security Issue

Hi. I have created a database that I fully secured and encrypted. I had my password for this database as well as other program passwords stored on my computer.

My computer's hard drive crashed and all I have is the secured database stored on CD. I am not able to change any files. Is there a back door to this? Can I somehow break into my database to change one of my modules?

Any help is so greatly appreciated!
