ASP Session Variable for users most visited links?

hi

i was told that a 'session variable' is what i need to accomplish this... anyone have experiance?

scenerio:

I have about 150 users that access our Intranet site, i'm redesigning the site now and i want to have an iframe with THEIR most commonly used links

this should be PER user (since they all have their own login)

it CAN be general popularity of the links if that is all that can be accomplished

i would like to do this without converting all my pages to ASP if possible, which is why the iframe is there, that can be asp
