Hi All,
I did a website for a soccer team that I'm involved with. It's been a good three years since I have done a website and it took quite some time to get it going... Anyway, I wanted something that was soccerish, but not soooo soccerish that it was cheesy… This is a serious league (our local premier division).
Anyway, here it is. www.columbusclan.com
Criticism welcome...
All the names on the roster page will eventually be clickable to a bio page.
What do you think?

Looks good to me, only thing I noticed was the empty posistion cell on the roster looks a little weird.
A little more color with the tables or something might make it a tad better
Overall its a nice clean simple look though. Nice work. |

What's wrong with pusture??? it's in my dictionary... I'll fix that right up...
Thanks for the thoughts.
I'm not to sure whatthe guys position is. I think I'll put in bench warmer.. lol
You are absolutely right about the tables. Is there a way to colour the borders? And have the colur stay the same even when the cel is emtpy?...
Thanks again... keep them coming. |

Well, you could put a none-breaking space in the table. I think its only when its completely empty that it shows up kinda weird/empty
As for the colors.. just add
bordercolor parameters to your <table> <tr> or <td> tags
i.e.
<td bordercolor="#00FFFF">
for some reason I've found that firefox doesnt display TD or TR bordercolor properties correctly (only the table border color)

The only thing I noticed is the "three stars picture keeps shifting positions as you go from page to page. For example, on home page it is normal, but when you go to "the team" it becomes smaller. In "schedule", it is bigger, same as "Roster", and smaller again in "Photos". Sorry if I'm a bit too picky, but I just noticed that so...
Otherwise, very good, I like the top banner.
