Split Cell in Dreamweaver

ok, I know its a simple question, but i have to know the answer cause its driving me nuts........

I know how to splt cells in Dreamweaver, but i want to split 30 at a time..

I Right Click on the Cell i want to Split
- > Tables - > Split Cell
and i can split my cell

(If i select all 30 cells at the same time and do the above it still just splits the 1 cell not all of them)

But how can i split 30 at a time and not do one by one ?
Is there a way,... am i just blind and cant see how to do it ..

You can just set it to 30 rows in the properties.

Well maybe i should re word this...

Lets say i have an existing 40 rows and only want 30 to be split into 2 columns,
How do i go about doing that?
