site opinions

Well, here are a few of the sites that I've done recently:

http://www.ccgroupconcepts.com
http://www.contourswest.com (don't laugh at me) (still some bugs with moz based browsers)
http://www.fontanachamber.com (still has few bugs)
http://www.rcbroncos.com (not finished)

Let me know what you think. Any feedback is appreciated. Oh, and please don't use the contact forms unless you want to contact these clients, none of it is directed towards any of my email accounts, not even "contact the webmaster" (go figure).

They all look great, I skipped the Contours West site for obvious reasons, so can't comment on that.

I don't care for flash, except in very limited usage, so I didn't personally like the sites that much. However, they were all well designed.

Good Work!

I hate/loath/despise flash. I won't touch it. I'd take javascript and CSS any day over flash. I try to avoid using it whenever possible but sometimes you have to make the site "pop" and "zip" as one of my clients once put it. Luckily, I have 2 employees that do that thing for me. I handle all the backend, javascript, and most of the HTML.

Here are some others that my company is currently working on:

And here's another one we finished a couple of months ago:

The design of the sites is great! The fontanachamber though does some weird things when you first visit the site (using Mozilla). It shows the top links on the gray bar very cluttered together. It does that for a few seconds and then goes to the normal view. (See attached image). Clear your cache and you might see the same effect.

Hey, are any of you using dial-up? If so, what are load times like?

I think that's quit normal. That's just Mozilla pulling up the images. Unlike in IE, where it will show nothing until the images are fully loaded and ready for viewing. I get the same deal in Firefox.

Looks alright..

Implexant... the reasons that you skipped Contours West weren't obvious to me! I thought it was a vacation resort or something.
