Putting a website in the bottom frame.

Im having some problems with something that is probably very simple, i have a top frame, and the bottom frame should be a webpage which is set from a variable that is passed in the adress bar. Here is what i have, which isnt working

i say decribe what you want to do a little better. What you want to show up where...what you want to change when you click on somethin.. just a better description. I can possibly help you out.

You understand that this is horribly insecure right? Use a switch statement or other means of validating the page you are passed before you load it into a frame.
