regsvr32 ...module not found
I am trying to register a new .ocx file in the system32 folder. So far if using the command line : regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ISS****.ocx has worked on 2 computers. I get a failure to load on all the rest I have tried. The file is in the system32 folder but the "regsvr32" does not find it. I can enter the name of the very next file beside it and it works OK on that file. Even our IS dept. has the same result, any other file will register except the one listed above. All the copied files all come from the same storage location on our server. So what am I missing?? On the pc's that work I can either use the command box or from a command prompt box to register and both work either way.
Thanks

Is it on Windows XP with IIS 5.1, Windows Server 2003 with IIS 6, or are you using Apache?

The incividual PC's
The pc's all run XP-Pro with SP2, I went through a few more yesterday only to discover that the only 2 machines that will register the .ocx file are mine and the production manager's. So far about 10 others will not find the module .ocx file. IIS is installed on my desktop but it's not part of this application, it is for another SCADA app. I am developing.

Alright, I don't remember exactly what the fix is but I know I've seen it somewhere so I'll let you know as soon as I can track it down again. It might take me a couple of days as I'm pretty busy right now.
