PHP unable to find script or stat

I've just installed apache and php again... Apache works like a charm, and PHP loads but I get this when I try to view my test.php:

The requested URL /test.php was not found on this server.

errors.log has this - script not found or unable to stat

I'm running Apache 2.0.52 and PHP 5.0.3 on windows server 2000. I have added these lines to the top of my httpd.conf:

LoadModule php5_module "c:/php/php5apache2.dll"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
PHPIniDir "c:/php"

But I still get that error. Any tips?

did you put the file in your DocumentRoot folder? how are you trying to view it (http://xxxxxx)

I've tried external IP, internal IP, and localhost. Yes the .php is in my DocumentRoot
