Selling a domain name
Someone has offered to buy a domain name I own. Has anyone ever sold or bought one from another party? How do you do it? The big issue I would think revolves around how to insure neither side gets ripped off. Any advice/suggestions?

Use an escrow service to hold the money, and you should be okay concerning the transaction.
